Terms and Conditions
These terms describe the general conditions for using the website and taking part in Mahina Perrot’s wellbeing, meditation and personal-growth services.
Nature of the services
Services support personal wellbeing, emotional awareness, meditation and reflection. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis intervention or a substitute for qualified professional support.
Bookings and prices
The applicable format, duration, price and commitment are displayed before a booking or agreement. Paid sessions are confirmed only after successful payment or an authorised manual confirmation. Online payments are processed through WooCommerce and the enabled payment provider. A private programme begins only after a conversation and explicit agreement. Group capacity and availability are shown on the relevant English group-session page.
Cancellations and rescheduling
A private appointment may normally be moved or cancelled without losing the session when at least 48 hours’ notice is given. A late cancellation or absence is normally counted as used. If Mahina cancels, the appointment is rescheduled. Group-session conditions are communicated when the session is confirmed.
Withdrawal and consumer rights
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance contract, the legally required information and process must be provided before performance begins. Requesting immediate performance may affect that right according to applicable law.
Intellectual property
Website copy, quizzes, the Inner Garden Alchemy Method, journals, audio and visual resources are protected content. Free downloads are for personal use unless another licence is stated. They may not be resold, republished or presented as another person’s work.
Responsibility
Participants remain responsible for their choices, health decisions and use of the practices. Stop any practice that feels unsuitable and seek appropriate qualified support when needed.
